After meeting at the New York Fashion Tech Lab Demo Day, Adiant has acquired inSparq.

Fashion technology startup inSparq, which helps retailers and brands market top-trending products in real time, has been acquired by the digital technology company Adiant, the companies announced today.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Veronika Sonsev, chief executive officer of inSparq said the two companies came together after meeting at the recent New York Fashion Tech Lab Demo Day which inSparq had just graduated from, and found themselves to be a “perfect fit.” Together they’ll work on social merchandising-driven advertising that influences online shoppers to discover and click the purchase button for items that are hot on social media.
